Liver cake recipe
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. A liver cake appetizer can be prepared for New Year or a birthday. You can experiment with fillings, pancake sizes, and the cake's height. The simplest option is a filling made from onion and carrot, while a more piquant alternative is Korean-style vegetables. You can try several fillings and find your own favorite. Serve with tea or coffee.
