Wash a piece of pork tenderloin and dry it with paper towels. Clean the meat and cut it into slices 7-8 millimeters thick. Pound the meat with a meat mallet. Cut the cheese and pickled cucumbers into evenly sized strips.

Rub the pieces of meat with salt and pepper, then place them in the refrigerator to marinate for a couple of hours, or preferably overnight. Wrap each marinated piece of meat around a stick of cheese and a cucumber.

Secure the rolls with toothpicks or wrap them with cooking twine. Place a skillet on the stove and pour vegetable oil into it. Then put the rolls into the skillet and fry them until golden brown on all sides.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the rolls inside and bake for ten to twelve minutes until fully cooked.
