Meat Pate Recipe
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. This is my signature meat pâté recipe, passed down to me from my grandmother. The quantities are exactly enough for a large family, and it works wonderfully as a cold appetizer for any celebration. There is no secret to making it, but it lies directly in the ingredients. Thanks to two types of meat and liver, the pâté turns out incredible. You can use absolutely any liver, but from experience I’ll say that chicken is still more tender, and the specific taste of liver is not noticeable at all. It can be served warm or chilled.
