Description

We start preparing milk flatbreads by measuring out the required amount of ingredients. Once all the portions are measured, mix the yeast with warm milk and sugar, then let it stand in a warm place for 15–20 minutes.

Sift the flour and mix it with salt. Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave, then add it to the flour. Now add the mixture of yeast, milk, and sugar to the dough. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.

When you have mixed all the ingredients with a spoon, start kneading the dough by hand. Keep kneading until the dough stops sticking to your hands and becomes elastic.

Now cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. During this time, it will double in size. Divide the dough into 7 pieces and stretch each piece into flatbreads by hand. Make cuts on the surface of each flatbread with a knife.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil onto a hot skillet and begin frying the pancakes on both sides until a golden crust forms. The milk pancakes are ready.
