Chicken roll with gelatin recipe

Rinse the fillet and cut it into small pieces.

Add salt, pepper, garlic passed through a press, and paprika to them. Mix everything together. Sprinkle gelatin over the chicken.

Then transfer the mixture into a baking bag. Shape into a roll. Seal the edges.

Bake the dish in the oven at 200°C for 50 minutes. Serve the roll cooled.
