Potato pie recipe in the oven
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. This pie resembles a shortcrust pumpkin pie in both appearance and preparation method. Even similar spices are used. Pre-cook the sweet potato until soft, drain and dry, then place in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add soft butter, milk, sugar, and all the spices.

Now take a mixer and beat the mixture until it becomes a smooth puree.

Line a round baking pan with a rolled-out sheet of dough, pressing the edges of the dough slightly against the sides of the pan. Begin placing the mashed potatoes onto the dough.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, spread the filling over the dough and put the pie in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes, then continue baking for another 25–30 minutes at 180 degrees.
