Description
Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. This sauce is called "hrenovina," "gorlodyor," and "khrenodor." It is spicy and piquant. Perfect for meat and fish, as well as a bread accompaniment. Sometimes it's used as an addition to salads, for example, in okroshka. Be sure to try it—it's ideal with pasta, meat, and vegetables.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel the horseradish and garlic.

Grind the tomatoes and garlic in a blender or meat grinder.

Grate the horseradish on a fine grater. Add it to the tomatoes. Mix the ingredients.

Next, add salt and sugar. Mix the sauce again.
