    Take the butter and egg yolk out of the refrigerator in advance. Pour milk into the bread machine bowl, add pieces of butter and the egg yolk.

    Sift the flour and add it to the bowl, place the sugar on one side, the salt on the other side, and put the yeast in the center.

    Close the lid and select program 1, weight – 750 grams, choose light crust and press "Start".
