Semolina Halva Recipe
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can add any nuts (chopped or left whole), seeds, or dried fruits to this halva. Serve halva chilled; it's especially delicious with a cup of coffee or milk. It's best to use medium-grind semolina, as this will make the halva's texture more similar to traditional halva. The ready dessert can be served immediately.
