Borodinsky Bread Recipe for Bread Maker

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Bake the bread using the main setting, then place it on a wire rack and let it cool. You can add cumin or sunflower seeds to it. Serve the bread with soups, main dishes, or with butter for tea at breakfast or afternoon snack. The bread is made with two types of flour and honey (buckwheat honey is recommended). The baking is complete. Serve at the table.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Place the dry ingredients in the bread machine bowl: both types of flour, salt, cumin, dry yeast, and mix.

   Step 2

   Pour in the water, add buckwheat honey and butter. Set to "Basic mode" and cook until the beep sounds.

   Place the bread on a rack or cutting board, then leave it to cool.
