The recipe won't take much time. Even if you're not particularly fond of pancakes, you must eat at least one on this holiday, otherwise winter won't leave and spring won't come. Our ancestors believed in this, which is why they treated this day with special reverence. Today, we don't pay as much tribute to it, but it's still a great excuse to eat your fill of delicious pancakes.

Add milk to the dry ingredients and beat in the chicken egg, mixing the dough from the edge to the center. Then add the melted butter.

Heat the skillet and pour about 4 tablespoons of batter, spread it over the entire surface and fry the pancake.
