Kefir pancake recipe (classic)
Description
Pancakes can be made not only with milk or water—kefir works perfectly as a base. Don't worry, the pancakes turn out thin and neat. You can eat them hot, or if you want to add a filling (meat, vegetables, sweet), let them cool first. Store the pancakes in the refrigerator, wrapped in plastic wrap. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
