Meatball recipe from minced meat

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The patties are very similar to cutlets, but there are some differences—for example, their perfectly round shape. They can be simmered with a sauce (tomato, vegetable, or creamy) or fried in a pan. I serve the patties hot, but they can also be stored in the refrigerator and reheated before serving. The finished dish is ready to be served.

    Finely dice the onion and tomato, and mince the garlic. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and add the vegetables; sauté until cooked through.
