
Recipe for yeast-free pie dough
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dough needs to be placed in the freezer for at least half an hour before use. You can prepare the dough in advance and store it in the freezer. It can be mixed by hand or with a mixer. The dough is perfect for sweet, meat, or vegetable pies. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

Mix the dry ingredients, cut the cold butter into pieces and combine with the dry ingredients, then quickly rub in with your hands to form a sandy crumb.

Add icy water and olive (sunflower) oil, knead the dough. Gather it into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for thirty minutes.

Take out the dough and roll it out into a sheet, then prick the entire crust with a fork.

Bake it separately in a preheated oven at 220 degrees, or place the filling on a baking sheet and put it all together in the oven.
