Pork ribs in beer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you'd like to make the sauce a bit thicker, add some thick honey. This way, the ribs will caramelize further during frying and become even more attractive and delicious. This time I didn't have time to marinate the ribs, but if you do, marinate them in dark beer for at least an hour. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

First, wash and dry the ribs, then season them with barbecue spice mix (2 tablespoons). You can buy the mix ready-made or prepare it yourself by combining these ingredients: ground paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground chili, cinnamon, ground cumin, dry mustard, dried ginger, thyme, ground coriander, brown sugar, and salt.

Now add the remaining seasoning to the beer.
