
Honey-Glazed Ribs
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Meat cooked on the bone has a unique flavor and juiciness. Try making honey-glazed ribs yourself, and you'll understand what I mean. Serve hot.

1. Rinse the ribs thoroughly under cold water, dry with paper towels, and cut into portion-sized pieces.

2. Next, place the pot with water over heat, add salt to the water and bring to a boil. Add the ribs to the boiling water and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

3. While the ribs are boiling, prepare the sauce: mix honey with soy sauce and red pepper. You can add spices and seasonings to taste. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.

4. Pour the sauce into a saucepan, place over heat and cook, stirring, until thickened. The sauce should become quite thick.

5. Grease a baking dish or baking sheet with olive or vegetable oil, and preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Generously brush the ribs with the prepared sauce and place them in the dish (or on the baking sheet). Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
