
Pork ribs with wine and cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A recipe for preparing ribs with red wine, rosemary, mustard seeds, capers, cream, and mixed mushrooms. The rich cream makes the ribs incredibly juicy and tender. Serve hot.

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over high heat. Season the ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Sear the ribs quickly on both sides using tongs, about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

2. Pour wine and beef broth into a saucepan.

3. Add the chopped rosemary. Stir. Add the ribs, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer gently for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. You can also place the pot in the oven and braise at 150 degrees. Arrange the ribs on a serving dish.

4. Add mustard, cream, and capers to the saucepan, mix well, then increase the heat and cook for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste, if needed. Add the ribs, cover with a lid, and turn off the heat.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until golden, about 15–20 minutes.

6. Place the ribs on top of the mushrooms and pour over the creamy sauce. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve.
