Pork ribs with vegetables in a multicooker

180 min4 serv.19 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. If you have time, you can pre-marinate the ribs with vegetables in a multicooker at home, using a variety of spices and marinades. You can do this a couple of hours before cooking or leave the meat in the marinade overnight. For those who like it spicy, you can replace ground pepper with some chili pepper. Serve hot.

    4. Pour olive oil and soy sauce to taste into the bowl with the ribs (keep in mind that since soy sauce is used, additional salt may not be needed). Add tomato sauce or a little tomato paste. You can also add a pinch of sugar. Mix everything thoroughly. If possible, cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

    5. When the ribs have marinated a little, transfer everything to the multicooker bowl. First, set the Sauté mode for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and sear everything. Then switch to the Stew mode and cook the ribs with vegetables in the multicooker at home until tender. On average, this will take about 2 hours.
