Prepare the listed ingredients.

Peel and press the garlic cloves into a container, pour in the apple juice, vinegar, and soy sauce, add the ketchup, and sprinkle in ground ginger, sugar, and other spices and seasonings. Place the container on the stove and simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes.

Add salt and ground black pepper to the sauce, mix well. Divide the sauce into two parts and mix vegetable oil into one part. You will use this mixture to brush the ribs during baking. Wash the ribs and dry them with paper towels. Make diagonal cuts into the meat on both sides, but not all the way through, and coat them with the sauce without oil. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.

Then place the ribs in a baking dish, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes, covered with foil.
