Lamb ribs in the oven
Description
I want to share with you how to make lamb ribs in the oven. I used to be wary of fancy, elaborate dish names, but then I started paying attention to the actual recipes. The same goes for this one—essentially, you can replace the lamb with just about anything and bake it with prunes; the idea isn't particularly new. But if you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go right away. Meat dishes seem perfectly suited to pairing with this dried fruit! And of course, I suggest starting your experiments with this simple oven-baked lamb ribs recipe.

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients. Thaw the meat, rinse it and dry it. Pour boiling water over the prunes and let them soak for a while.

Step 2

2. Now press the garlic and mix it together with all the spices, salt, pepper, and ginger. Generously rub this mixture all over the meat, and place the prunes into the gaps in the meat (between the ribs, for example), as well as underneath the membrane.

Step 3

3. Place in a baking bag, close it, and make several holes in the top part of the bag.

Step 4

4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour and a half. Then let the meat cool down completely in the bag, and only after that remove the bag.
