Description

The recipe won't take much time. This delicious and unusual meat dish deserves to take center stage at a festive table. The combination of meat with grapes works wonderfully, believe me. And it's very easy to prepare—you'll see for yourself after reading and viewing this recipe, in which I'll tell you. Serve hot.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

That's all the ingredients for our dish. It's better to choose ribs from a young piglet; they will be juicier and cook faster.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

We will thoroughly wash and dry the meat, then make cuts into the flesh, stopping about 1 cm from the end. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces. Cut the grapes in half. If the grapes are large, cut them into 3-4 pieces. Remove the seeds.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Sprinkle the ribs on all sides and inside the cuts with salt, pepper, basil, and parsley.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

And insert garlic cloves and grape halves between the cuts.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

To prevent the meat from opening up and the grapes and garlic from falling out during baking, tie it with cotton thread.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, place the ribs in it, cover with foil, and put in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue cooking for another 40-60 minutes. The cooking time depends on the age of the meat.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

And here the ribs are ready.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

You can prepare a sauce using the meat juices that formed during roasting. Sauté the onion, add grapes and sprinkle with sugar, cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the meat juices, balsamic vinegar to taste, salt or soy sauce. Adjust the spices to your preference.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

We start preparing the sauce when the meat is almost ready, then simply add the meat juice and quickly bring to a boil.
