Description
This simple rib recipe is quite interesting, as kefir with spices and herbs is used as a marinade. How do you like this combination? Give it a try—you won't regret it, as the ribs turn out very tasty and aromatic.

1. The basis of this recipe is the marinade. To prepare it, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press or grate it on a grater. Peel the ginger root and grate it as well.

2. Fresh herbs need to be washed, dried, and finely chopped. The classic rib recipe calls for parsley and cilantro, but you can use any other herbs to taste.

3. In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade. If desired, you can substitute the mustard with hot tomato sauce. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Pour all over with low-fat kefir. You can also use other dairy products—such as buttermilk, for example.

5. Wash the pork ribs at home, dry them, and cut into portion-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl with the marinade and let marinate for 4-5 hours. If desired, you can marinate the ribs overnight.

6. Place the well-marinated ribs into a baking dish previously greased with vegetable oil. Cover the dish with foil and put it into a preheated oven for 30–35 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue baking the ribs until fully cooked.

7. To prevent the ribs from drying out while achieving a delicious crust, place them under the broiler for the last 3-5 minutes.
