
Grilled ribs
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Herbs and spices, especially rosemary, paprika, and chili pepper, can work wonders. You realize this as you start enjoying the dish and savoring its flavors. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. Wash the ribs and pat dry with paper towel. Cut them into strips along the intercostal section, right through the middle of the connective tissue layer.

2. Wash the chili pepper and rosemary. Season the meat with salt on all sides and place it in a bowl. Generously sprinkle with paprika and a small amount of hot pepper. Cut the chili pepper into pieces to reduce spiciness, remove the seeds, and add to the ribs. Strip the leaves from the rosemary and add them to the bowl as well.

3. Mix thoroughly by hand. The meat should be evenly coated with spices, cover and refrigerate for about twelve hours.

4. Take out the ribs. Remove the rosemary and pepper to prevent burning during cooking, which could spoil the meat's flavor. Light the barbecue. Place the strips of ribs on the grill rack. Grill until cooked through on both sides. The grilled ribs are ready.
