Handbook with jam
Description
Tasty baked goods for the whole family. If you don’t know how to use last year’s jam, now is the time to bake a delicious “razbornik” pie; step‑by‑step recommendations for the recipe will help you do it. If you use liquid jam, it should be slightly thickened with flour or starch; for jam made from large fruit pieces, strain the syrup through a sieve.
