
Ham and cheese ravioli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Prepare the ravioli dough as follows. Take 4 cups of flour, 1 cup of water, 2 eggs, and salt to taste. Sift the flour onto a working surface, add salt, make a well in the center, break the eggs into it, and start kneading the dough, gradually adding water. Then proceed with the recipe. Good luck. Serve hot.

Knead the dough for dumplings (ravioli). Let the dough rest in a linen cloth for about half an hour.

Prepare the filling. Finely chop the canned mushrooms, squeeze out excess liquid, and sauté with onion.

Prepare an Italian sauce. Sauté garlic, add chopped tomatoes in their own juice, season with pepper and salt. Add a couple of basil leaves and cook until thickened.

Roll out half of the dough and add the filling: mushrooms, ham on top, a little grated cheese, and a teaspoon of beaten egg.

Cover with the second layer of dough. Boil the ravioli in salted water.
