Salmon ravioli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's how to make salmon ravioli: 1. First, prepare the filling. In a small bowl, mix finely chopped salmon, 2 eggs, salt, and pepper. This will be your filling. Optionally, you can add some fresh herbs—they'll make it even more delicious. 2. The dough is very easy to prepare: first, beat 2 eggs with a fork, then add water, oil, and salt. Mix well. 3. Now add a cup of flour to the dough. Stir until smooth. Then gradually add the remaining flour in small portions, mixing first with a fork and then kneading by hand for about 10 minutes. The better you knead the dough, the tastier your salmon ravioli will be. 5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. 6. Shape the ravioli. If doing it by hand, shape them like regular dumplings: cut out circles using a glass, fill with the salmon mixture, and pinch the edges closed with your fingers. However, it's better if you have a special ravioli maker, which will cut them neatly and beautifully. These tools are inexpensive and widely available in large stores—just look for them. 7. Your salmon ravioli are now neatly shaped. All that's left is to boil them in salted boiling water until fully cooked (about 5–6 minutes). Serve the salmon ravioli hot.
