Salmon ravioli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Salmon ravioli is one of my favorite Italian dishes. I love Italian cuisine! My friend, a chef at an Italian restaurant, shared this salmon ravioli recipe with me. Ravioli made at home are prepared with special care and love, so they taste even better than store-bought ones. Give it a try—it's delicious! Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, wash and chop the green onion.
- 2
Step 2

Also finely chop the smoked salmon.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the green onion, salmon, and goat cheese.
- 4
Step 4

Knead the dough. Mix the eggs with flour, add salt, and gradually add water until the dough reaches the desired consistency—similar to dumpling dough: elastic but not liquid.
- 5
Step 5

Roll out the dough thinly. Cut it into even, identical strips. Visually divide them into squares. Place the filling (½ teaspoon) in the center of each square. Put another strip on top and gently press the dough edges of the squares together.
- 6
Step 6

Salmon ravioli are cooked for about 7 minutes. As soon as they float to the surface, keep them in the water for another couple of minutes, then they're ready to serve.
