
Ravioli with chicken and walnuts

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix salt, pepper, red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme in a bowl.

2. Then sprinkle the chicken breasts on all sides with the prepared mixture, ensuring the spices evenly coat the chicken. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, skin-side down, and cook for 2 minutes until golden brown. Flip to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer the skillet to the oven and continue baking for 25–30 minutes. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into pieces.

3. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions, then drain the water. Toast the walnuts in a large skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the skillet and chop.

4. Wipe the skillet and melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. When the butter begins to turn brown, add sage and cook, stirring constantly, for one minute. Immediately add the ravioli and toss. Add the pieces of chicken and chopped walnuts, and mix well. Garnish with the remaining walnuts and serve immediately.
