Mushroom ravioli
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe for mushroom ravioli is as follows: 1. First, prepare the filling. In a small bowl, mix sautéed mushrooms (you can sauté them with finely chopped onion, if desired), 2 eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until smooth and paste-like. You can now place the filling in the refrigerator while you prepare the dough. 2. Let's make the dough. First, beat 2 eggs, then add water, oil, and salt. Mix until a uniform mixture forms. 3. Add one cup of flour to the mixture and stir until smooth. Then, gradually add the remaining flour in small portions, kneading to form the dough. 4. When the dough becomes denser, remove it from the bowl and knead by hand for 10 minutes. The dough should turn out flexible and elastic. 5. Roll the dough out thinly (to a thickness of about 0.5 cm). 6. Cut out round circles of dough (you can use a regular faceted glass). Place a small amount of filling in the center of each dough circle, then carefully pinch the edges together with your fingers. If you have a special ravioli cutter, use it. 7. All ravioli are neatly assembled. Now it's time to cook: drop them into a pot of boiling salted water and boil until done (about 5–6 minutes). If you've made more ravioli than you can eat, freeze them—they keep very well. Mushroom ravioli are ready. Serve them with your favorite sauce. Good luck with your cooking! The dish is now ready to be served.
