Description

1. First, wash the potatoes, cover with cold water, and boil over medium heat until cooked.

2. Wash the broccoli, place in boiling salted water, and cook for 7-9 minutes until tender. Then drain the water.

3. Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. You can use a little butter or olive oil with previously sautéed garlic in the recipe for broccoli ravioli, for example.

4. Combine the slightly chopped broccoli with the potatoes. Grate the cheese and add it to the filling. Mix everything thoroughly, and season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
