    Prepare the ingredients for the dough and filling. I use mixed minced meat: a piece of beef, pork.

    Sift the flour into a bowl or onto the counter. Make a well, add the eggs, salt, and a spoonful of butter.

    Knead a stiff dough, work it well until the ball becomes smooth and elastic. You might need a bit more flour—adjust according to the dough. Place the finished dough in a plastic bag and let it rest for 30–40 minutes. After this time, the dough will become softer and more pliable.

    Prepare the filling: mince the meat through a meat grinder, add finely chopped onion, salt, spices, and a couple of tablespoons of water (for juiciness). Mix the filling well with your hands, kneading it.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out one part as thinly as possible, about 1 mm.

    Use a teaspoon to take the filling and place it in neat rows.

    Roll out the second sheet of dough and place it over the first sheet with the filling. Carefully run the edge of your palm between the rows, pressing the dough slightly.

    Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares. A wavy knife will look prettier!

    To secure better, press the edges of the ravioli with a fork.

    Bring water to a boil, add salt. Cook ravioli for 5-7 minutes.
