Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We'll cook ratatouille with meat in a multicooker. Layer the sliced vegetables in circles and thin slices of meat alternately. Salt to taste, add herbs and spices. Close the lid and cook in stewing mode for one hour. Ten minutes before completion, add grated cheese to the multicooker. Serve with fresh herbs and vegetables. The ready dish can be served at the table.

    Slice the eggplants, zucchini, and tomatoes into medium-thick rounds.

    It's better to use slightly frozen meat for easier slicing. Also, cut it into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
