Ratatouille with meat in the oven

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Prepare the meat filling for ratatouille by mixing ground chicken with minced onion and garlic, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Spread the filling onto rounds of slightly fried eggplant and place them in a baking dish with tomatoes. Add pieces of butter, grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
