Crumble cookie

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Today I'll tell you. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Beat softened butter with sugar.

   Sift the flour and add it to the butter with sugar. Knead until you get a soft dough.

   Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

   Step 4

   After 30-40 minutes, roll out the dough into a sheet 2-3 cm thick. Cut out cookies of the desired shape using a cookie cutter.

   Step 5

   Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the prepared items on it. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15–20 minutes.
