Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Only the front part of the snail is edible. The meat is separated from the stomach, then cut in half, and the remaining part of the intestine is removed. When boiling the meat, it is important not to overcook it, otherwise it will become very tough. Serve the finished dish with any side dish and fresh vegetables. The dish is ready to be served.

Place fresh or thawed whelks into salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then drain the whelks in a colander.

Wash the mushrooms, clean them, and slice into strips.

Slice the onion into half-rings. Sauté in a small amount of olive oil until translucent.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté them with the onion over medium heat until the excess moisture evaporates.

Cut the whelks into strips. Add to the frying pan, mix and fry for 2-3 minutes.
