Crayfish in tomato sauce
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. A Cossack acquaintance from the banks of the Don told me this recipe for crayfish in tomato sauce. They know their crayfish there. At the beginning of the last century, crayfishing in those parts was put on a wide footing. Of course, you can buy ready-made crayfish at the store, but preparing the delicacy yourself is much more interesting and tastier. My crayfish in tomato sauce recipe with photos will help you do that. Crayfish cooked according to this recipe make an excellent appetizer. Serve the sauce in which the crayfish were boiled in a separate dish and dip bread into it. So very tasty :) Serve the appetizer at the table.
