Stewed casserole in the oven
Description
It's precisely the slow braising of the stew in the oven at home that makes this dish incredibly delicious. The vegetables don't fall apart, but instead absorb the sauce evenly. The meat turns out wonderful and simply melts in your mouth. Be sure to try this dish if you haven't already.
