2. The first step is preparing all the ingredients. Wash the chicken and dry it, then peel and dice the vegetables.

3. Place the onion, carrots, and chicken in a sauté pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring. For added flavor, add garlic pressed through a garlic press.
