Beef and vegetable stew
Description
What I love about stew is that you can always experiment with it. You can toss in various ingredients and still end up with a delicious dish. For beef and vegetable stew, I recommend using lean meat. By the way, you can even add some mushrooms. You can serve this dish without any side dish—it's already quite filling. Or you could make the stew without potatoes and serve it with mashed potatoes instead. Let's take a look at the recipe.
