Another special feature of this recipe is that anyone can make it, as long as they have at least 2-3 types of vegetables. Essentially, vegetable ragout is simply a perfect combination of vegetables that exchange flavors and aromas while stewing. Feel free to combine them to your taste. Treat yourself and your loved ones to this simple, yet delicious and vitamin-rich dish. Serve hot.

    Rinse the meat, pat dry, and cut into pieces.
