Stew with sauce
Description
Stewed meat in sauce can be prepared with any type of meat. In traditional Georgian cuisine (where this dish originated), it was originally made with lamb, and later chicken began to be used as well. In this case, we used chicken drumsticks, removed the skin and bones, then seared them with vegetables and simmered with spices and herbs until fully cooked.
