Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Very simple, delicious, and filling. Tried it once—and now I cook it all the time. The finished dish can be served immediately.

Wash the meat, cut into cubes

Chicken hearts, if desired, clean from vessels, rinse

Dice the onion and carrot.

Cut the sausages into small pieces, mix all ingredients, add tomato paste, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt and spices to taste. Let marinate for 20 minutes.

Then place everything in a saucepan, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
