Pork rib stew
Description
This recipe won't take much time. This excellent way of preparing stewed pork ribs has saved me many times when I needed to make a hearty and delicious dinner for a large group. After all, it has everything necessary for a complete meal—meat, potatoes, and vegetables, which we'll simmer together to create an incredibly aromatic and rich dish. Although, of course, every home cook probably has their own stew recipe, today I'd like to share with you how I prepare stew from pork ribs. Maybe someone will enjoy it and find it useful in everyday cooking. The ingredients here are very simple, but I always try to add some fresh vegetables to make the flavor more diverse—such as bell pepper, tomatoes, or, as in this case, green beans. But that's entirely up to you; you can add other ingredients to this stew, and I'm sure it won't hurt the taste. Serve hot.

Step 4

Place the green beans in a cauldron and add tomato paste. Mix and simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Step 5

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and place them in the cauldron as well.

Step 6

Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste, mix, add bay leaf, and pour in water. The water should only cover half of the potatoes. Close the lid and simmer over low heat until the potatoes are fully cooked. Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs and serve.
