Chicken stew with vegetables

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can use absolutely any vegetables—even a ready-made frozen mix containing broccoli and bell pepper. In addition to the listed ingredients, my recipe works wonderfully with peas, green beans, eggplants, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, or cauliflower. For a more filling and nutritious version, I suggest adding chicken. However, you can confidently use any other meat or even prepare a vegetarian version. Either way, it always turns out incredibly delicious! The vegetables absorb each other's juices and aromas, creating something extraordinary. Plus, it's not only very tasty but also healthy! Definitely save this recipe. Serve hot.

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Cut the chicken into portion pieces and sear over high heat on all sides until a golden crust forms, adding salt and spices.

    Add chopped onion and carrot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 7–10 minutes.

    Then add the broccoli divided into florets.
