1. Rabbit cooks quickly and turns out very tasty. Rabbit meat contains the least amount of fat, so it is considered a dietary product. Cut up the carcass and place the meat into the multicooker to cook. The meat can be marinated in vinegar beforehand, leaving it for 4-5 hours. Cook the rabbit in "Baking" mode (about an hour).

2. In the middle of cooking, add onion and carrot to the rabbit, as well as diced potatoes. Let it simmer for another 30 minutes, then thoroughly mix all the ingredients.

3. Prepare the sauce separately: mix sour cream with spices. After the signal indicating the meat is cooked, add the sauce to the multicooker bowl and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
