
Horse meat stew
Description
Horse meat is very delicious; its only drawback is that you can't quickly cook a large amount of it. But that won't stop us—we're in no hurry, so let's use this recipe to prepare a tasty and hearty horse meat stew.

Cut the meat into small pieces, add half a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of ground pepper, adjika, and minced garlic. Mix well and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Peel the onion, pepper, and carrot, then cut into pieces. You can roast them slightly in the oven, or sauté them a little in a dry skillet.

Heat the pan well with vegetable oil and quickly sear the meat until a crust forms. Then add one and a half cups of water and simmer the meat over low heat for about an hour and a half. Now add the vegetables, mashed tomatoes, horseradish, pepper, sugar, and salt to taste.

Simmer under the lid over low heat for another 15-20 minutes. Then add finely chopped herbs, stir, and remove from heat.
