Potato and meat stew

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I call this potato and meat stew recipe universal, as it appeals to almost everyone and works equally well for both lunch and dinner. Even if guests arrive unexpectedly, this dish is perfectly presentable. It's also incredibly filling and delicious—men especially love it, probably because of the generous amount of meat stewed together with whole potatoes. After all, if we simply boiled the potatoes and cooked the meat separately by stewing or frying, the result wouldn't be the same. Here, during cooking, the ingredients exchange their juices, resulting in an incredible, indescribable aroma. Personally, I cook this dish very often, of course, upon request from those who want it—and there are quite a few of them. Now I'll show you how to make potato and meat stew very simply and yet incredibly delicious. The dish is now ready to be served.
