Description

I really love vegetable dishes, so summer is a real celebration for me, as there are so many fresh vegetables that you can hardly decide which delicious dish to prepare first. I suggest starting with a very simple recipe for zucchini stew cooked in a multicooker, because this dish is truly wonderful. It's a genuine summer dish, and in winter you probably won't be able to make such a tasty stew, even if you somehow find a zucchini. But in summer, you can freely prepare zucchini stew in a multicooker at home, as it turns out so light, tasty, and fragrant that you could eat it every day, and by the way, your figure won't suffer at all.

Instructions

    Step 7

Cut the zucchini into cubes and add it to the other ingredients along with minced garlic. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Set the multicooker to the "Stewing" (vegetables) mode, set the time for 15 minutes, and close the lid.

That's basically it—the multicooker will do the rest, and all you'll need to do is portion the stew onto plates and garnish it with fresh herbs.
