Description

Preparation: 1. Pour oil into a microwave-safe dish and layer all the vegetables. 2. Prepare a dressing using salt, sugar, spices (to your taste), and water (50 ml). I add paprika or turmeric for color. You can also add tomato paste or tomatoes (at the end). 3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables. 4. Cover with plastic wrap (pierce a few holes in the wrap). 5. Microwave for 20–30 minutes. 6. Then remove the plastic wrap and cook for another 7–10 minutes. The result is very tasty, attractive, and quick :) (Meanwhile, I do some cleaning or prepare for guests). At the end, you can sprinkle with fresh herbs and grated cheese. :)
