
Raffaello from Processed Cheese
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Preparing this appetizer will take minimal time, yet deliver maximum flavor and delight to your guests. If you wish, you can prepare the dish in advance and store it in the refrigerator, but not next to strongly aromatic salads or appetizers. By the way, chicken eggs can also be boiled in advance and cooled. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare the specified ingredients.

Hard-boiled chicken eggs, already cooled, peel off the shells, rinse in water, and separate the yolks and whites by grating them on a fine-hole grater into separate bowls. Into the bowl with the yolks, also grate the processed cheese rounds, having removed the foil wrappers. If the cheese rounds are not firm in consistency, freeze them for 5 minutes in the freezer before grating.

Add mayonnaise, salt, and a little ground black pepper to the bowl with the curd cheese. Gently mix everything together.

Moisten your palms with water, shake off the excess moisture, and form a small patty from part of the yolk mixture. Place a mussel in oil in the center, seal the edges, and shape into a ball.

Coat it in finely chopped egg whites.

Place the processed-cheese Rafaello bites on washed lettuce leaves. Prepare the rest of the appetizer the same way. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
